Job summary

Australian Securities Exchange is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Sydney team. You will partner with stakeholders across functions to drive end-to-end requirements, process mapping and transition to future states within our market infrastructure program.

You will analyse business needs, author epics and user stories, and contribute to change management with practical training artefacts. Hybrid work is supported, with a focus on delivering value in a dynamic exchange environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years dedicated business analysis experience in Agile, Lean and Waterfall projects.
• Experience spanning the full SDLC from ideation to BAU embedding.
• Strong understanding of business analysis fundamentals and stakeholder elicitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities within the BA Community of Practice.
• Perform gap analysis on As-Is vs To-Be states with stakeholders.
• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements (epics, features, user stories).
• Define transitions of processes to target states and map data flows.
• Collaborate with IT solutions providers to track progress and resolve issues.
• Support change management and training artefacts for adoption.
