Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, business case development, options analysis, project coordination or system and process improvement.
• Experience in government, briefing and correspondence systems, ministerial processes, procurement, finance, ICT-enabled business transformation or complex stakeholder environments would also be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Focus on understanding stakeholder issues and identifying business needs, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop project briefs consistent with business plan direction.
• Manage and lead projects to support the development and timely delivery of business case milestones.
• Negotiate with stakeholders and peers to gain cooperation and meet project, service and advice delivery timelines.
• Initiate research and analysis within an area of expertise, consistent with organisational objectives.
