Job summary
HCF is advancing a strategic, enterprise-wide transformation to redefine consent, privacy and personal information management. We seek a Senior Business Analyst to partner with business and technology teams, define requirements, analyze processes, and support the future-state Enterprise Consent Management capability.
You will lead artefacts, work across Risk and Compliance, collaborate with implementation integrators, and ensure solutions meet regulatory constraints in a fast-paced PHI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in a senior Functional Business Analyst role.
- Experience in PHI or regulated industries is highly regarded.
- Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define requirements, analyze processes, assess data and integration impacts.
- Support design of the Enterprise Consent Management capability.
- Produce business and technical analysis artefacts including requirements, specifications and data flows.
- Act as conduit between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Identify process gaps with risk/compliance stakeholders and translate into IT solutions.
- Own and manage project and product backlog, aligning with regulatory deadlines.
