Job summary

HCF Australia is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to define requirements and analyse processes for consent management across the organisation. You will assess data, integration impacts and support design of enterprise capabilities, working with privacy, risk and compliance teams.

You will produce comprehensive artefacts including requirements, functional specs, data flows and wireframes, and collaborate with IT solution design, system integrators and stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years in a senior Functional Business Analyst role.
• Experience in Private Health Insurance, General/Life Insurance and regulatory environments.
• Led Enterprise Consent Management implementations with requirements and data flows.
• SDLC experience in Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of system design, integrations, APIs and databases.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; able to produce high‑quality artefacts.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot and prompt engineering is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements, analyse processes, assess data and integration impacts.
• Support design of future-state Enterprise Consent Management capability.
• Produce business/functional requirements, technical specs and workflows.
• Translate requirements to scalable, compliant IT solutions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and business units to identify gaps.
• Partner with implementation integrators to align with regulatory needs.
• Support solution design, testing, and defect triage during delivery.
• Own and manage project/product backlog prioritisation and roadmaps.
• Craft user stories and acceptance criteria for quality delivery.
