Job summary

Shift is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex, enterprise-scale financial technology initiatives. You will independently engage stakeholders, define business requirements, and drive strategy execution across multiple functions from day one.

You will navigate core banking systems, manage large migration programs, and mentor analysts while ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in financial services,ideally core banking.
• Proven record leading complex system migrations and integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and strategy sessions with senior stakeholders across business, technology and product.
• Drive analysis and solution design for large-scale migrations and core banking transformations.
• Oversee end-to-end process mapping, gap analysis and operational redesign in ambiguity.
• Architect data migrations and interfaces between legacy and next-gen core systems.
• Author business cases, cost/benefit analyses and executive reporting.
