Job summary

Profectus is seeking multiple Senior Business Analysts or Senior Product Analysts to support an Australian Government registry modernisation program in Canberra. You will define requirements, write user stories, and map legacy processes as the system shifts from ADABAS/Natural and Siebel to Dynamics 365, OutSystems/.NET and cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across policy, IT, and change teams, ensure traceability to legislation, and contribute to testing, UAT and backlog

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business analysis on technology-enabled programs
• Requirements, process modelling and business rules analysis
• Agile delivery, including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Government or regulated environments
• Workshop facilitation
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Legacy system analysis or data migration
• CRM or low-code platforms such as Dynamics 365 or OutSystems
• Registry, licensing or regulatory programs

Responsibilities

Profectus is seeking multiple experienced Senior Business Analysts or Senior Product Analysts to support a registry modernisation program within an Australian Government agency. You will define requirements and business rules for registries moving from an ADABAS/Natural mainframe and Siebel CRM to Dynamics 365, OutSystems/.NET and cloud platforms. The work covers requirements and process analysis, user stories and backlog refinement, legacy system analysis and testing support.
