Your typical day as a Senior Business Analyst may include:- business engagement - running and participating in workshops for requirements gathering- analysis of system issues involving internal or external applications- testing of change improvements, SAP notes, patching and/or defect resolution- system monitoring and business supportYou will be supported by a positive, constructive team and divisional leaders as you do your work.To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:- Experience in being able to apply critical thinking towards the design, configuration, implementation and support of one or more of the following SAP products: Public Sector Collections & Disbursement (PSCD), Tax Revenue Management (TRM), Financials (FI-CO), Contract Accounting (FI-CA), Customer Management (CM), Grants Management (GM), Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX), SAP Assurance and Compliance Software (ACS), SAP Cloud Platform services (SCP), ELNO and Fiori applications.- Experience in taking ownership of your own development and growth and applying your own knowledge and skills to solve problems collaboratively.Joining QRO you will have opportunities for continued learning, growth and career development.
