Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Warehouse Assistants to meet objectives.
• Own warehouse performance, safety, service levels and standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and coach team members for growth.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy and efficiency; drive improvements.
• Manage operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through stock takes and cycle counts.
