Job summary

James Pascoe Group in Summer Hill, Sydney NSW, seeks a Group Bulk Warehouse Manager to lead the Distribution Centre and drive operational excellence across our national network.

You will manage a team of Warehouse Assistants, optimise inventory control, transport and safety compliance while collaborating with Buying, Merchandise, Marketing and Loss Prevention teams to deliver outstanding service to stores nationwide.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager/Distribution Centre role.
• Current Forklift Licence.
• Proven experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control and stock accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Warehouse Assistants to meet objectives.
• Own warehouse performance, safety, service levels and standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and support team development and succession.
• Monitor productivity and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Manage operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy via stock takes and cycle counts.
• Oversee courier, freight and transport providers and improve service while reducing costs.
• Coordinate daily receiving, picking, dispatch and stock replenishment.
