Job summary

Amida Group is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to lead the NSW construction teams across multi-site projects with $15m+ values. You will provide expert technical and commercial leadership for mechanical and electrical services from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.

The role requires 10+ years in building services management, strong stakeholder management, and a track record in delivering high-specification commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Qualifications

• Construction/engineering or building services qualification with 10+ years’ experience.
• Extensive knowledge of building services installation and project delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership across complex building services packages for multiple concurrent projects.
• Review services documentation, assist tender submissions, and cost analysis.
• Support procurement, subcontractor analysis, and design development workshops.
• Ensure installations meet contractual, quality, and regulatory requirements through delivery and handover.
• Lead and mentor project teams, promote collaboration with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Drive sustainability objectives including NABERS and Green Star requirements.
