Qualifications
- Civil/Structural engineering degree with bridge design experience.
- Knowledge of Australian bridge design standards and Austroads guidelines.
- CPEng or eligibility to achieve Chartered status in near future.
Responsibilities
- Deliver design and analysis for bridge and structural projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and innovative outcomes.
- Manage work packages on bridge and multidisciplinary projects to meet schedule, budget and client expectations.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, providing technical advice and supporting proposals and tenders.
- Mentor graduates and engineers, sharing knowledge to build team capability.
- Support project governance by ensuring quality, mitigating risks, and aiding commercial performance.
- Apply Safe by Design, sustainability, resilience and digital engineering in delivery.
