  • Perform design reviews and provide technical guidance to engineers, designers and drafters.

  • Support project managers in managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resourcing requirements.

  • Participate in site inspections, condition assessments, construction support services, and technical investigations.

  • Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, Austroads guidelines, Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) requirements, and relevant client standards.

  • Contribute to proposal preparation, bid submissions, and business development initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, government agencies, and industry partners.

  • Mentor graduate and developing engineers through coaching, technical review, and knowledge sharing.

  • Promote and maintain a culture of safety, quality, innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

  • Support achievement of regional and business centre performance objectives.
