Job summary

Blackbook Executive Pty is partnering with an established Australian food FMCG business to recruit an experienced Senior Brand Manager. This role offers genuine ownership of an established consumer brand, from long‑term strategy and innovation through to integrated marketing campaigns and in‑market execution.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will shape brand direction, identify growth opportunities and work with senior stakeholders across the business to drive commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience at Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager level within food or beverage FMCG.
• Significant experience leading NPD, innovation and product launches within major grocery channels.
• Strong financial acumen, including marketing budget management, P&L analysis and profitability.
• Experience developing and executing integrated ATL, BTL and shopper marketing campaigns.
• Confidence using Nielsen, Circana, Quantium or similar consumer and market insights platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic brand and portfolio plans to drive market share, sales and profitability.
• Lead the innovation pipeline from consumer research to new product launches.
• Develop and deliver ATL, BTL, digital and shopper marketing campaigns, managing agency relationships.
• Manage marketing budgets, analyse brand profitability and ROI to inform investment.
• Leverage retailer insights to identify consumer trends and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Category, R&D and Supply Chain to support retailer presentations and product launches.
