Vittoria Food & Beverage seeks a passionate Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our brand visuals across café, retail and digital environments. You’ll drive branding, packaging, and marketing artwork from concept to production, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to deliver best-in-class creative.

The role demands a strong portfolio in branding and a hands-on approach, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or branding within FMCG/hospitality preferred.
• Strong proficiency in brand building and visual storytelling across channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients to translate goals into design.

Responsibilities

• Café Brand Design & Identity: develop cohesive café programs aligned with Vittoria brand.
• Retail Execution Support: create high-impact POS materials and displays.
• Packaging Design: contribute to concept and production-ready pack designs.
• Creative Resizing & Adaptation: optimize assets for digital and print touchpoints.
• AI & Innovation: use AI tools to enhance creativity and speed.
• Motion & Animation: apply basic motion design for digital campaigns.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with Marketing, Sales and Product teams.
• Brand Stewardship: maintain premium Vittoria brand aesthetics.
