Job summary

ButterBoy, Norma's Deli, Rollers Bakehouse & Romeo's Burgers seeks a Midweight Graphic Designer to support marketing across venues. You will lead design from concept through final delivery, maintaining each brand’s unique identity across campaigns, packaging, social content and in-venue collateral.

This hands-on role handles multiple priorities, delivering print and digital artwork while collaborating with photographers, content creators and venue teams to ensure high-impact, on-brand results.

Qualifications

• 4 years+ professional graphic design experience (in-house, agency, hospitality, retail, FMCG or lifestyle) required.
• Experience in Marketing roles is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Solid print production knowledge and ability to prepare production-ready artwork.
• Experience designing for digital and social platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring consistent, on-brand execution.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, venue launches, product launches and seasonal moments.
• Create high-quality artwork across print, digital, packaging, merchandise, signage and menus.
• Develop social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Prepare production-ready artwork to printer, supplier and platform specifications.
• Liaise with printers, signage and packaging suppliers, and other production partners.
• Assist with basic video editing and motion content for social-first applications.
• Provide creative guidance across the team, supporting quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with content creators, photographers, videographers and venue teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across brands and deadlines.
