Job summary

William Adams Pty Ltd in Horsham is seeking an experienced Branch Supervisor to own branch performance, lead a diverse team and deliver exceptional outcomes for customers. You will oversee Service, Parts and Field operations, coach Technicians and Coordinators, and partner with Sales, Product Support and PSSRs to strengthen customer relationships and drive branch results.

This is a strategic leadership role at a key regional operation with real impact on safety, efficiency and profitability,

Qualifications

Senior service or branch leadership experience within earthmoving or heavy equipment preferred.
Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs and operational performance.
Strong commercial awareness and safety-focused leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day branch operations across Service, Parts, Field Service and Administration.
Coach Technicians, Apprentices, Leading Hands and Coordinators to high performance.
Drive safety culture and ensure a compliant workplace.
Own branch financial and operational performance, including productivity and profitability.
Build strong customer relationships and work with Sales, PSSRs and Product Support to drive results.
Drive continuous improvement, service quality and efficiency across the branch.
