SITA is seeking a Senior Manager Service Operations (PSO Borders) to lead regional service operations, govern performance, and drive continuous improvement for border solutions. The role emphasizes incident and problem management, stakeholder engagement, and standardisation across the Borders portfolio.

You will manage geographically dispersed teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive operational excellence while ensuring secure, reliable services and strong customer focus.

Formación

• 10+ years in service operations, with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to meet SLA/SLO targets and manage incidents.
• Experience coaching and developing distributed teams.
• Ability to analyze metrics and report to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with change, incident and problem management in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 24/7 service operations for critical systems.
• Ensure service levels and operational commitments are met.
• Oversee incident response and recovery activities.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders; align objectives.
