Moore Australia (WA) Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our Tax and Business Advisory Division. You will manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including BAS/IAS, payroll, and reconciliations for a range of clients.

You will work with Xero, MYOB, Hubdoc and Dext, ensuring accurate monthly reporting and exceptional client service. A national police clearance and Australian working rights are essential, with flexible hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll and payroll data entry.
• Proficient with Xero and MYOB; familiarity with Hubdoc and Dext required.
• A current national police clearance within six months and Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BAS/IAS and payroll processing for clients.
• Perform account reconciliation including AP/AR.
• Assist with monthly reporting for diverse client groups.
• Provide client support and manage multiple client workflows.
• Deliver accurate work while maintaining client service standards.
