Job summary

DWD BLOCH PTY LTD seeks a hands-on, detail-focused Qualified Bookkeeper to join our Beaconsfield, Sydney NSW office. The role covers month-end, reconciliations, payroll, compliance and reporting within a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You will work closely with the Group Reporting Manager to ensure accounts are up to date, manage Accounts Payable, perform GL and bank reconciliations, and handle BAS/FBT/Superannuation lodgement. Payroll experience is an advantage.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated experience in accounting functions.
• Knowledge of accounting standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Month-end, reconciliations, payroll, compliance and reporting.

Conveniently based in Beaconsfield, Sydney NSW, we are an iconic leader in dance footwear and dance inspired activewear and apparel, we deliver the latest on-trend styles to our global customer base through retail and online.

Key responsibilities

Hands-on finance role across month-end, reconciliations, payroll, compliance and reporting.

Working closely with the Group Reporting Manager to ensure all accounts are up to date

Account's Payable function including but not limited to, entering supplier invoices and payments

General Ledger and sub-ledger reconciliations

Bank reconciliations of receipts and payments

BAS, FBT & Superannuation preparation, and lodgement

Analysis and other ad-hoc accounting tasks as required

Payroll experience is an advantage

About you

Relevant tertiary qualifications

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Demonstrated experience in accounting functions

Good understanding of business process and internal controls related to accounting functions
