Job summary

DWD BLOCH PTY LTD seeks a hands-on, detail-focused Qualified Bookkeeper to join our Beaconsfield, Sydney NSW office. The role covers month-end, reconciliations, payroll, compliance and reporting within a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You will work closely with the Group Reporting Manager to ensure accounts are up to date, manage Accounts Payable, perform GL and bank reconciliations, and handle BAS/FBT/Superannuation lodgement. Payroll experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated experience in accounting functions.
• Knowledge of accounting standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Professional, reliable and conscientious.

Responsibilities

• Month-end, reconciliations, payroll, compliance and reporting.
• Work with Group Reporting Manager to keep accounts up to date.
• Accounts Payable — entering supplier invoices and payments.
• General Ledger and sub-ledger reconciliations.
• Bank reconciliations of receipts and payments.
• BAS, FBT & Superannuation preparation and lodgement.
• Ad-hoc accounting tasks as required.
• Payroll experience is an advantage.
