Flow Water Services, a Perth-based water services business, is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to own the full accounts cycle across our entities. You’ll handle invoicing, payables, receivables, payroll, BAS, month-end and monthly reporting.

You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and our accounts team to keep financials accurate, timely and compliant, with a focus on detail and efficient processes. The role is on-site in Perth with competitive pay based on experience.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of full-function bookkeeping, including payroll.
• Confidence with BAS, accruals and reconciliations.
• Experience preparing monthly financials and management reports.
• A sharp eye for detail and a practical, organised approach.
• BAS Agent registration and experience with Sybiz are a bonus.

• Preparing weekly payment batches
• Assistance with running award payroll across our entities

• Keeping our asset register and employee records up to date
• Keeping us compliant and on top of every deadline
