Job summary

QUT Kelvin Grove is seeking a Senior Tech Officer (BMS) to join Facilities Management. The role oversees day-to-day operation and ongoing development of the university’s building management systems and building services technologies, including energy metering and automated controls.

You will help commission new buildings and refurbishment projects, manage minor works and deferred maintenance projects, and collaborate with Operations, Capital Works and Major Projects.

Qualifications

• Evidence of an electrical trade qualification and current electrical license together with extensive experience in the building services trades.

Responsibilities
