Evolve Scientific in Pemulwuy, NSW, is seeking a Shift Supervisor - Blow Moulding Technician to oversee the production line from the Blow Moulder through to the bagger. This is a technical role requiring hands-on fault diagnosis in a high-speed, food-grade environment.

You will monitor machine performance, start-ups, and downtime, ensuring adherence to production plans, KPIs, and safety standards. Collaboration with QA and production teams will be essential to maintain quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in plastic processing, injection, or blow moulding.
• Able to diagnose and resolve equipment faults in high-speed manufacturing.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment.
• Background in food-grade or regulated manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Ensure machines run efficiently according to production plan and daily KPIs.
• Monitor cycle times, machine performance and product quality.
• Manage machine start-ups, stoppages, and adjustments.
• Identify root causes of equipment issues and implement solutions.
• Capture downtime data via the shop floor system.
• Collaborate with Shift Supervisor, QA, and production teams.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, Food Safety, and Quality Standards.
