Architectus is seeking a skilled BIM delivery professional to coordinate complex infrastructure projects, lead clash detection, and manage design models using Revit. You will ensure data integrity and meet project requirements through disciplined BIM workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration across disciplines, mentoring, and contributing to the continuous improvement of BIM standards and digital delivery processes within the Infrastructure sector.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years’ experience in BIM coordination or design delivery roles.
• Advanced Revit skills with leading BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 information management and CDE processes.
• Experience contributing to BIM workflows, templates, or project standards.
• Collaborative, organised, and detail‑focused with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination for Infrastructure and Data Centre projects, including clash detection and multidisciplinary model coordination.
• Support project teams in applying BIM standards, workflows, and asset information requirements.
• Maintain and improve BIM quality and consistency through reviews and workshops.
• Provide Revit and BIM support, mentoring, and contribute to BIM standards and digital delivery processes.
