Job summary

Black & White Engineering in Australia seeks an experienced BIM Manager to own ISO 19650 delivery on complex data centre projects. You will lead BIM delivery, interface with clients and stakeholders, and coordinate with Global Design Hub.

You will oversee BIM Execution Plan, PDPs, and ensure quality, with ACC, Revit and Navisworks knowledge; opportunity for international exposure and growth within a growing APAC team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering BIM for large-scale MEP design/construction.
• Proven application of ISO 19650 on live projects, Lead Appointed Party or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BEPs, MIDPs and TIDPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM governance and ensure ISO 19650 compliance on projects.
• Coordinate BIM delivery across design disciplines and external stakeholders.
• Chair BIM coordination meetings and model reviews with clients and consultants.
• Manage CDE configuration and information flow across teams.
• Oversee quality assurance of delivered models and asset handover.
