Qualifications

• 5+ years as BIM Coordinator in Building Services
• Strong Revit and Navisworks skills
• Experience with data centres or critical facilities is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across Building Services projects (M/E/H, Fire), with a focus on data centre environments
• Manage and develop Revit models and federated models across multiple disciplines
• Drive BIM standards, workflows, and best practice across the team
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve design clashes
• Support project teams during design development and documentation phases
• Mentor and guide junior BIM technicians and coordinators
