Job summary

WSP is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead coordination across Building Services projects, with emphasis on data centres and critical facilities. You’ll manage Revit models, drive standards, and collaborate with engineers to resolve clashes.

You’ll bring strong Revit proficiency, Navisworks or similar tools, and a proactive, leadership mindset to mentor junior staff and improve digital engineering capabilities on national-scale projects in Canberra.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM coordination experience in Building Services projects.
• Strong Revit proficiency and ability to manage federated models.
• Understanding of BIM processes and project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across Building Services projects (M,E,H, Fire) with data centres focus.
• Manage and develop Revit models and federated models across disciplines.
• Drive BIM standards, workflows and best practices.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to resolve design clashes.
• Support design development and documentation phases.
• Mentor junior/moderate BIM technicians and coordinators.
• Contribute to improvement of digital engineering capabilities.
