Job summary

AECOM in Sydney is seeking a Senior BIM Modeller - Building Services to lead BIM modelling across Defence, Healthcare, Aviation and other sectors. You will work in a multidisciplinary design team and support design development. You will manage BIM data, coordinate with BIM Technicians, and produce reports for Design Manager.

Advanced Revit and ISO19650 knowledge essential; Revizto/Navisworks/Dynamo/Power BI experience highly regarded. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

5-10+ years' experience in Building Services BIM modelling.
Ability to chair workshops with BIM project stakeholders and communicate with clients.
Demonstrated experience producing high-quality BIM models and documentation in Building Services (M/E,F), hydraulics.
Advanced Autodesk Revit experience is essential.
Experience with Revizto, Navisworks, Dynamo and Power BI is highly regarded.
Australian Citizenship preferred, with defence clearance highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Provide Building Services BIM modelling services for Defence, Healthcare, Aviation, Education, Commercial and Civil Infrastructure projects.
Manage all BIM data requirements across design and construction phases.
Collaborate with BIM Technicians and designers to produce drawings and models that meet client goals.
Produce reports for the Design Manager and integrate project control data.
Utilise model management, BIM coordination, clash detection and ISO19650 to coordinate multidisciplinary meetings.
