Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM Modeller - Building Services based in Sydney to lead BIM modelling across Defence, Healthcare, Aviation, Education, and infrastructure projects. You will manage BIM data, collaborate with designers, and produce models and drawings to meet client goals.

The role requires 5–10+ years in Building Services BIM, advanced Revit, and experience with Revizto, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Power BI. Australian citizenship preferred, with defence clearance valued.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years' experience in Building Services BIM modelling.
• Experience producing high-quality BIM models and documentation in Building Services (M/E/F/H).
• Advanced Autodesk Revit experience is essential.
• Exposure to Revizto, Navisworks, Dynamo and Power BI is highly regarded.
• Australian Citizenship preferred; defence clearance highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage all BIM data requirements for projects through design and construction.
• Collaborate with BIM Technicians and designers to produce drawings and models.
• Produce reports to discuss with the Design manager and integrate with project controls.
• Utilise model management, BIM coordination, clash detection and ISO19650 for coordination meetings.
• Chair workshops with BIM stakeholders and communicate findings via reports and VR presentations.
