Job summary

ACCIONA in Australia is seeking a Head of Origination to lead the identification, development, and pursuit of infrastructure opportunities across New South Wales. You will oversee competitive tender submissions from strategy through to delivery, working closely with the Senior Origination Manager and key stakeholders to ensure high-quality, compliant outcomes.

You will mentor the NSW Tender Team, manage pipeline and market engagement, and build strong client relationships while driving tender

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or related field.
• Significant origination or tender management experience.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary tender teams.
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management background.
• Experience developing bid strategies and work-winning plans.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Origination, you will lead the identification, development and pursuit of infrastructure opportunities across New South Wales. The role covers pipeline management, market engagement, client relationships and tender governance, while providing leadership to the NSW Tender Team to secure high-quality, compliant and commercially sound outcomes.
