Job summary

Bigblue is seeking a Bid Coordinator / Senior Bid Coordinator to join our growing commercial fit-out team in London. You will own the day-to-day bid process and produce high-quality, visually engaging submissions for competitive tenders.

This role suits an experienced candidate ready to step up or a Senior Bid Coordinator with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and solid understanding of the construction bid lifecycle, who can drive marketing and graphic design within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Bid Coordinator, Senior Bid Coordinator or Bid Manager within construction, fit-out or the built environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
• Strong understanding of the bid and tender process.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day bid process and produce high-quality, visually engaging submissions.
• Progress career in Bid Management, with potential to develop marketing and graphic design within the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of bids and accurate, compelling proposals.
