Kaizen Global Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to extract, validate, and consolidate data across SAP, SharePoint, Primavera P6, Aconex, Excel, and other systems to drive dashboards and reports.

You will develop KPI dashboards with Power BI and Excel, analyze operations and project data for trends and risks, and support data governance and process automation. This role requires 10+ years in BI/Analytics and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, Project Controls, or similar roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Data Models, and Power BI with DAX and data modelling.
• Strong experience with SAP reporting, SharePoint Online, SQL, Microsoft Teams, and multi-system enterprise environments.

Responsabilités

• Extract, validate, and consolidate data from SAP, SharePoint, Primavera P6, Aconex, Excel, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, management reports, scorecards, and performance analytics using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze operational, project, financial, resource, quality, and schedule data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support data integration, reporting automation, and process improvement using Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and APIs.
• Maintain data governance, reporting documentation, data quality, reconciliation, and confidentiality across reporting processes.
