Job summary

Kaizen Global Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior BI & Reporting Analyst in Cooma, NSW. The role focuses on data extraction, validation, and consolidation from SAP, SharePoint Online, and other systems to deliver Power BI dashboards and executive scorecards.

You will analyze project, financial, resource, and schedule data to identify trends and risks, ensure data accuracy, and automate reporting with Power Query, Power Automate, and SQL.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in reporting, BI, data analytics, or related field.
• Experience in a project-based enterprise environment preferred.
• Advanced Excel, including Power Query, PivotTables, and data models.
• Strong Power BI data modelling and DAX skills.

Responsibilities

• Extract, validate, and consolidate data from SAP, SharePoint Online, Primavera P6, Aconex, Contruent, Revit, Excel, and other systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, and periodic reports.

• Reconcile data across systems and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and access controls.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to automate reporting using Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Drive reporting process improvements and support data-driven decision-making.

Roster: 5/2

FIFO: Open to candidates willing to FIFO from Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane

Experience: 10+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, validate, and consolidate data from SAP, SharePoint Online, Primavera P6, Aconex, Contruent, Revit, Excel, and other business systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Analyse project, financial, resource, quality, and schedule data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Reconcile data across systems and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and access controls.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to automate reporting using Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and related tools.
• Drive reporting process improvements and support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in reporting, BI, data analytics, project controls, or a related field.
• Experience in a project-based enterprise environment is preferred.
• Advanced Excel, including Power Query, PivotTables, and data models.
• Strong Power BI skills, including data modelling, DAX, and dashboard development.
• Experience extracting and reporting data from SAP and SharePoint Online.
• Strong data validation, reconciliation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and process improvement capabilities.

Good to Have

Experience with Primavera P6, Aconex, Contruent, ECTR, Revit, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, or API integrations will be highly desirable.
