Job summary

Kaizen Global Technologies is seeking a Senior BI & Reporting Analyst to own data extraction, validation, and consolidation across SAP, SharePoint Online, and project systems. You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive scorecards for weekly to quarterly reporting, driving data-driven insights.

The role requires 10+ years in BI/analytics, advanced Excel, strong Power BI skills, and experience with SAP/SharePoint data sources.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in reporting, BI, data analytics, project controls or related field.
Experience in a project-based enterprise environment is preferred.
Advanced Excel with Power Query, PivotTables and data models.
Strong Power BI skills including data modelling, DAX and dashboards.
Experience extracting/reporting data from SAP and SharePoint Online.
Strong data validation, reconciliation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and process improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

Extract, validate, and consolidate data from SAP, SharePoint Online, Primavera P6, Aconex, Contruent, Revit, Excel, and other systems.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, and periodic reports.
Analyse project, financial, resource, quality, and schedule data to identify trends and risks.
Reconcile data across systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and access controls.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to automate reporting using Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and related tools.
Drive reporting process improvements and support data-driven decision-making.
