Resources Group is seeking an experienced Applied Behavioural Consultant to help client partners unlock behavioural insights and design evidence-based marketing solutions. You will lead engagements, translate psychology into commercial strategies, and guide teams through quantitative and qualitative research.

Role can be remote within Australia, with potential to travel for client work. You’ll apply behavioural science, storytelling, and AI-informed methods to deliver measurable outcomes across

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills and ability to build relationships.
• Grounding in behavioural or organisational psychology with commercial application.
• Experience designing and running end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research studies.
• Confidence interpreting data using statistical techniques.
• Experience conducting interviews, workshops or fieldwork that elicit meaningful behavioural insights.
• Curious mindset when it comes to technology and AI.
