Job summary

Sephora Chermside is seeking an experienced Supervisor (Senior Beauty Advisor) to lead a high‑performing team in a full‑time capacity. You will drive luxury client experiences, coach a 20+ strong beauty advisory team, and partner with Store Manager for strategic store leadership.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, accountability for store performance, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a premium beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive retail management experience including profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management and training.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a high‑performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20+ beauty advisors and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Drive a premium client experience and ensure operational excellence in a luxury retail environment.
• Utilise reporting data to inform decisions in collaboration with Store Manager and peers.
• Communicate effectively across the management team and mentor team members.
• Act as Client Experience Lead (CEL) handling client and team matters in a fast‑paced store.
