Sephora Perth CBD is seeking an experienced Supervisor (Senior Beauty Advisor) to lead a team of beauty advisors in a luxury, high-volume retail environment. This full-time role requires strategic leadership, exceptional client service, and the ability to drive top-line performance on the shop floor.

Qualifications

Extensive retail management experience including P&L, forecasting, people management and training.
Proven ability to lead large teams and drive luxury retail standards.
Strong visual merchandising and stock control skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a 20+ beauty advisors team to deliver premium client experiences.
Drive KPI performance and coaching for high sales.
Own client experience, operations, and back-of-house processes.
Collaborate with Store Manager and cross-functional teams.
Manage rosters including peak trading times.
