Sephora Perth CBD is seeking a Supervisor (Senior Beauty Advisor) to lead a high-performance team in a luxury, fast-paced store. This full-time role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience, strategic leadership, and operational excellence across beauty, skincare and wellness categories.

You will drive sales targets, coach the team on product knowledge and service excellence, and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure a premium retail environment consistent with Sephora's

Qualifications

• Extensive retail management experience with P&L, forecasting, people management and stock control.
• Proficient in MS Office for data interpretation and reporting.
• Hands-on leader who motivates and coaches on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of 20+ beauty advisors and drive high-performance culture.
• Shape the client experience and make critical store decisions as CEL.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and peers to exceed KPIs and elevate team capability.
• Manage operations and back-of-house processes in a premium retail environment.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development to the team.
