Job summary

CE Group is seeking a Business Development Manager – Major Projects to help shape growth, open doors into new markets and build relationships that lead to major project wins. You will represent a strong technical and project-delivery capability across CE Group’s Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction divisions, pursuing opportunities valued between $5 million and $100 million.

Based from our Yatala office with flexibility, the role involves travel to client meetings, conferences, industry

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or account management in electrical/industrial services.
• Established networks across mining, utilities, energy or infrastructure.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation and communication.
• Knowledge of LV/HV systems, substations, switchboards or E&I solutions.
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience and a current licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies across priority markets.
• Identify and convert major project opportunities valued from $5M–$100M.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling project submissions.
• Represent CE Group at meetings, conferences and networking events.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate commercial forecasts.
