Job summary

CE Group in Australia seeks a Business Development Manager – Major Projects to drive growth in electrical, engineering and construction; you will shape strategy, open doors into new markets and lead major project opportunities from $5M to $100M.

Based from Yatala with flexible travel, you will collaborate with Estimating, Marketing, Engineering and Operations teams to develop submissions and competitive proposals, building durable client relationships and a robust pipeline for CE Group's major

Qualifications

Experience in business development, sales or account management within electrical, engineering, construction or industrial services.
Knowledge of LV/HV systems, substations, switchboards or E&I solutions.
Established networks across mining, utilities, energy or infrastructure.
Strong commercial judgement, negotiation and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies across priority markets.
Identify and convert major project opportunities valued from $5M-$100M.
Build trusted relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop submissions and competitive proposals.
Represent CE Group at meetings, conferences and networking events.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate commercial forecasts.
