Job summary

Peoplebank is partnering with a leading banking client to appoint an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale transformation program. You will work across business, technology, risk, and compliance teams to deliver complex regulatory and strategic change initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 10-15+ years of banking BA experience, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record delivering business analysis outcomes within complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering transformation, regulatory, risk, or operational change programs.
• Excellent BA methodologies, frameworks, and delivery practices across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, functional, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk, operations, and compliance functions.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into actionable operational and technology solutions.
• Develop detailed business requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
