Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript development skills and TDD knowledge.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with webhooks and event-driven integrations.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, API keys and token flows.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code experience.
• CI/CD tooling like GitHub Actions or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, planning and implementation of complex backend solutions.
• Develop, integrate and maintain services using TypeScript and modern APIs.
• Build and consume REST and GraphQL APIs with secure auth.
• Configure webhooks and data transformations between systems.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing and development practices.
• Mentor engineers and guide technical challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks and dependencies.
• Contribute to documentation and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
• Support cloud infrastructure and IaC practices.
