Aviato Consulting, founded by ex-Googlers, seeks an experienced Backend Software Engineer (Python/GCP) to lead SDK modernization and microservices initiatives. You will architect high-performance asynchronous services using FastAPI, deploy cloud-native solutions on GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, GKE).

Qualifications

5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
Strong Python 3.x and asynchronous programming skills.
Hands-on FastAPI experience.
Proven GCP experience (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, GKE).
Containerization with Docker; orchestration with Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

Lead SDK modernization and microservices initiatives.
Architect high-performance asynchronous services with FastAPI.
Ensure zero-downtime SDK releases and robust API upgrades.
Work with data pipelines using BigQuery and Cloud Dataflow.
