Job summary

Earlytrade, a B2B fintech for construction, seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer with heavy backend focus to own core services, APIs, and financial workflows. You’ll work across Java Spring Boot, Node/TypeScript GraphQL, and PostgreSQL, with frontend involvement for full-stack coverage where needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering, with backend or full stack emphasis.
• Experience building B2B SaaS or fintech products, especially payments or finance workflows.
• Expert Java with Spring Boot and strong GraphQL API design experience.
• Proficient in TypeScript and capable of contributing to frontend code when needed.
• Deep PostgreSQL knowledge including schema design and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade Java Spring Boot services and GraphQL APIs.
• Own backend architecture, data modeling, API contracts, and security across services.
• Write and optimize PostgreSQL queries and manage migrations under load.
• Implement GraphQL schemas, resolvers, mutations, and subscriptions with robust integration.
• Mentor engineers and participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Frontend and product teams; contribute to React frontend when needed.
