Job summary

Talent International is searching for an experienced Business Analyst to join a higher education client on an initial 12-month contract in Brisbane. The role focuses on analysing complex business processes, identifying gaps, and translating needs into detailed requirements for a SaaS solution.

You will work with stakeholders, architects, and vendors to map current to future processes, perform as-is/to-be analysis using BPMN, and support design, UAT, and implementation readiness across the

Qualifications

Accredited BA with higher education experience.
Experience analysing complex processes and SaaS requirements.
Ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements.
Strong ability to map to-be and as-is processes using BPMN.
Proven stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Analyse current processes for program planning, progression validation and graduation checks.
Elicit, validate and document functional, non-functional, technical and integration requirements.
Translate requirements into specifications for SaaS solution evaluation and implementation.
Lead workshops to clarify requirements and align stakeholders.
Maintain traceability and develop acceptance criteria for testing.
