Thryv is recruiting for a dynamic Business Development Manager to grow our presence in Geelong, VIC. You will be out daily with business owners, prospecting, cold calling and delivering digital marketing solutions, owning the full sales cycle from first contact to close.

You will build a self-sustained pipeline, leverage networking and referrals, and run the territory with accountability. The role offers a generous OTE and a hybrid work setup in a growing Australian market.

Qualifications

• Field sales role in Geelong, prospecting and cold calling.
• Own your pipeline from scratch and close new business.
• Sell digital marketing solutions to SMBs.

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline from scratch via cold calling, online research, networking and referrals.
• Doorknocking and networking across your territory to meet business owners.
