The successful candidate will design and deploy Azure cloud infrastructure, develop IaC and CI/CD pipelines, and support Azure data services, ensuring security and resilience across enterprise data platforms.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Azure ETL Developer to join a major Federal Government digital transformation program delivering secure, scalable and modern cloud-based data platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, support and continuous improvement of enterprise Azure and data platform environments, enabling critical business and analytics outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern cloud, data and analytics technologies while contributing to nationally significant digital initiatives. You will be offered an initial 12-month contract with extension options and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Senior Azure ETL Developer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Designing, deploying and supporting Azure cloud infrastructure and enterprise data platform services.
• Developing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Supporting Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Storage Services and related analytics platforms.
• Monitoring platform performance, investigating incidents and implementing remediation activities.
• Driving cloud platform improvements focused on automation, security, resilience and operational efficiency.

The successful Senior Azure ETL Developer will have:

• Strong experience implementing and supporting Azure cloud infrastructure within large enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated expertise with Terraform, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Azure networking and cloud governance.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure SQL and enterprise data platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
