Job summary

TRC Group is partnering with a leading global consulting organisation to grow its AWS Engineering capability and deliver major cloud transformation projects for enterprise clients. This hands-on role focuses on designing, building and automating secure AWS environments that support critical applications.

You will work with modern cloud-native technologies, contribute to engineering standards, and have the opportunity to advance technically within a collaborative, client-facing consulting

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant AWS/cloud engineering experience.
• Hands-on AWS engineering across production environments.
• Practical Terraform and/or AWS CDK experience.
• Python scripting or development skills.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, containers, serverless or cloud-native applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting/client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and automate secure, scalable AWS infrastructure.
• Deliver Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CDK and/or CloudFormation.
• Work with AWS services including VPC, IAM, EKS/ECS, Lambda and API Gateway.
• Develop automation using Python and modern CI/CD tooling.
• Support cloud migrations, platform modernisation and application deployment.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and client teams on technical solutions.
• Contribute to engineering standards, security and continuous improvement.
