Job summary

Ticketek Entertainment Group (TEG) is looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer to architect and scale automated testing infrastructure. You will work with development and product teams to define test strategies, build robust frameworks and accelerate our CI/CD pipeline.

You will mentor junior testers, ensure automation coverage across applications, and design comprehensive test plans for both manual and automated testing in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in automation testing within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC, including agile and scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience implementing, onboarding and using test automation and load testing tools.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for developing automation frameworks.
• Experience with API testing using Postman (or similar) and UI automation tools.
• Experience testing complex digital products including high-traffic ecommerce and native mobile apps.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and testing for compliance.
• Ability to write and execute basic to intermediate SQL queries.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail and proactive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale automated testing infrastructure across applications.
• Design robust, maintainable frameworks to accelerate CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with dev and product teams to define test strategies and coverage.
• Mentor junior testers and promote automation best practices.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, cases and data (manual & automated).
• Identify automatable scenarios and drive quality benchmarks with leadership.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and provide test estimates and summaries.
