Job summary

Ticketek Entertainment Group (TEG) is seeking a Platform Engineer to lead a CI/CD modernization effort. You will decompose a legacy deployment system into self-contained, per-repo pipelines with canary deployments across a multi-region AWS environment.

You'll collaborate with the Lead Platform Engineer to migrate ~250 repositories across Lambda, ECS Fargate, ECS Windows, EC2 and S3/CloudFront, delivering reliable, smoke-tested deployments and automated rollbacks.

Qualifications

• Deep DevOps and AWS expertise with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AWS CodeDeploy canary/blue-green deployments and automated rollback.
• Multi-region orchestration across Lambda, ECS/Fargate, and EC2.
• Solid knowledge of IAM cross-account roles, CloudFormation and SSM Parameter Store.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship CI/CD pipelines service by service with canary deployments.
• Migrate services to self-contained per-repo pipelines with zero-risk cutover.
• Conduct pre-migration audits for every service before touching pipelines.
• Make pragmatic engineering decisions within the architecture and standard.
• Coordinate production deployment windows with development teams during migrations.
• Document decisions, issues and fixes in the repo and reference templates.
